In my 8 month pregnant mind, I can’t remember who I spoke to but I believe his name was Chris. I found On Point on the web and scheduled an appointment to have a bird’s nest above my garage light looked at. He not only called to tell me that he saw it, but that he could remove it on the spot. I mentioned to him that my husband and I were going to have the light removed and would most likely put a bag on it to prevent the birds nesting for the few days before the light was removed. To my surprise, when I returned home from work, he had not only removed the nest, BUT he had also placed a bag over the light for me. We have always used a different company, but with the service I just received, we plan to call on On Point again and will refer them to anyone who is in need of their services. Fantastic! Thank you!

A mouse in the house! After a week of seeing empty glue traps, my nerves were shot! I called so many exterminators today and no one could come out until during the week and some were telling me I needed to sign up for monthly service! I found this site, saw “same day service” and called. Daniel was at my house within 2 hours as promised. Very courteous and professional; no ring-around like some of these other places. A full inspection was done and bait was laid.

Have used On Point in the past with great success. I have discovered a rat population explosion in my back yard and all thanks to my neighbor’s who have trash everywhere. Daniel came and inspected the whole property and placed bait boxes and additional bait around the rat burrows. He treated the neighbor’s property as well. He also inspected the house, every nook and cranny. Lucky for me, nothing was found inside. It is very disturbing to have rodents and after Daniel left I knew it would be taken care of. My day got even better as I watched a couple of rats eat their last supper. Daniel was here on Monday and I have not seen a rat in last 2 days. I recommend On Point Pest Control Services 110%.

Awesome Company. Daniel really knows his pest control. I had a mice problem and since I have hired On Point, not a mouse in sight. Daniel came the same day. On Point is exactly the right name for the company. Daniel is very professional, checked everything from attic to basement that most companies do not even do. I have not seen any rodent in my basement since the day he was here. He is No. 1 for excellent work in my book and I would refer him to anyone that needed help.
